Putin to Take Part in Russian Navy Day Celebrations in Severomorsk RIA Novosti, PUBLISHED 28.07.2014 Russian President Vladimir Putin will be visiting Severomorsk, Murmansk region, this Sunday, where he will participate in the celebration of the Russian Navy Day, the press service of the Kremlin reported. "The President will lay a wreath at the monument to the Heroes of Severomorsk, go round the warships of the Northern Fleet and congratulate the crew on the Navy Day. After that, there will be a parade and naval pageant," the press service said.
