Final inspection on Rostov-3

The final regulatory inspection is started at the third unit under construction of the Rostov NPP.

The inspection period is October 20-31, 2014.

The regulatory inspection, which is carried by the Rostechnadzor (RTN) inspectors, is actually the last check before the unit startup. If the regulators will give the positive conclusion, the fuel loading procedure would begin.
