Total production of uranium concentrate in the USA amounted to 10.4 tons of uranium in the third quarter of 2023

The production of uranium concentrate U3O8 in the third quarter of 2023 amounted to 27,012 pounds (12.25 tons) in the United States. In terms of uranium, production in the third quarter amounted to 10.4 tons.

This was announced by the Energy Information Administration (EIA) of the U.S. Department of Energy.

The uranium concentrate production in the third quarter was carried out at three facilities in Wyoming - Nichols Branch ISP Project, Lost Creek Project and Smith Ranch-Highland Operation.

Data on quarterly production of U3O8 in the USA are shown in the table below.
