Beloyarsk NPP actively attracts young specialists

Young specialists made up 74% of the employees hired at the Beloyarsk NPP in 2023, the Rosenergoatom website reports.

The high percentage of young people accepted is due to the fact that Beloyarsk NPP pays increased attention to systematic work to unlock the potential of employees.

In addition to the benefits to society and high starting salary positions, the nuclear power plant offers career opportunities. Thanks to the successful work and training in the personnel reserve, in 2024 two specialists of the Beloyarsk NPP under the age of 38 became heads of departments.
