IAEA OSART mission has started at Novovoronezh NPP

The IAEA OSART operational safety verification mission has started at the Novovoronezh NPP.

According to the Rosenergoatom website, for the first time international experts will assess the operational safety of two Russian power units of different generations at once - units No. 4 and No. 6.

The team consists of 12 IAEA experts from Argentina, Belarus, Brazil, Britain, Iran, China, France and South Africa.
