Novovoronezh NPP hired more than 200 new employees in 2024

Novovoronezh NPP hired 208 new employees in 2024, according to the Rosenergoatom website.

The status of young specialist was awarded to 57 employees who joined the NPP immediately after receiving secondary vocational education or graduating from university.

Most of the young people joined such production workshops as reactor and turbine workshop No. 2 (power unit No. 4), reactor workshops of power units No. 5 and No. 6, electrical workshop, thermal automation and measurement workshop, radiation safety department, metal flaw detection and technical control department, nuclear safety and reliability department.

Currently, the Novovoronezh NPP employs 4,156 employees, with an average age of 44 years. Almost a third of the team consists of young people under 35 years of age.
