The government gave this response to a request from the lower house of the Indian Parliament. Moreover, the government did not feel able to disclose details about the uranium ores' grades. The response explains that uranium corporation (UCIL) is currently developing seven deposits in the state of Jharkhand. Preparations are under way for the industrial production of uranium for another four deposits in three other states.
