These data are presented in the PRIS database supported by the IAEA. Another 52 units have the status of the being built one. Since the beginning of 2021, five new units have been connected to the grid - "Kakrapar-3" (India), KANUPP-2 (Pakistan), "Tianwan-6" and "Hongyanhe-5" (both China) and "Barakah-2" (UAE). The construction was started on five new units - "Akkuyu-3" (Turkey), "Changjiang-3", "Tianwan-7" and "Xudabu-3" (all China), BREST-OD-300 (Russia). Six units were permanently shutdown - "Indian Point-3" (USA), "Kuosheng-1" (Taiwan), "Dungeness B-1", "Dungeness B-2", "Hunterston B-1" (all Great Britain) and KANUPP-1 (Pakistan).
