Smolensk NPP hired more than 170 new employees in 2023

Smolensk NPP hired more than 170 new employees in 2023, 116 of them are young specialists under the age of 35.

This is stated in a message on the Rosenergoatom website.

Currently, over 3,700 people work at the Smolensk NPP, a quarter of the team is young people under 35 years old.

Adaptation and mentoring programs are in place for young specialists, a special social package has been formed, including various types of financial assistance, and support is provided by the trade union and the organization of young nuclear scientists.
